Can I wear my jewelry in water (shower, pool, ocean)?

While moissanite itself is water-resistant, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising to preserve the gold plating and prevent exposure to chlorine, salt water, and lotions.

Is sterling silver hypoallergenic?

Yes! 925 sterling silver is considered hypoallergenic and safe for most people with sensitive skin. Our pieces are rhodium-plated for extra protection and a high-polish finish.

If you have a known nickel allergy, please note that sterling silver may contain trace amounts of other metals, but nickel-free silver is typically well-tolerated.

Do all pieces come with a GRA certificate?

Single moissanite stones of 0.5 CT and above include an individual GRA certificate and a laser-inscribed identification number when stated in the product details.

Smaller accent stones under 0.5 CT do not include individual certificates. Styles without an individual GRA certificate may still qualify for future trade-in review through the original order record and Lustrely identifying marks where applicable.

How do I find my ring size?

We recommend visiting a local jeweler for a professional sizing, or you can use a printable ring sizer available online. Standard US ring sizes range from 5 to 10.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and certificates included.

A $10 cleaning and handling fee will be deducted from your refund for hygiene and quality assurance. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

The returned item must be an authentic Lustrely Jewels product purchased from our official website. Customers are responsible for shipping the jewelry back to us using a trackable shipping method.

For pieces that originally included a GRA certificate, the matching certificate must be returned together with the jewelry. The certificate details, stone information, and order record must match our records.

Can styles without a GRA certificate qualify?

Yes, eligible styles without an individual GRA certificate may still be reviewed through the original order record, product details, and Lustrely identifying marks where applicable.

Items with missing stones, severe damage, unauthorized modifications, unverifiable origin, or missing required documentation may receive a lower discount percentage or may not qualify. Final eligibility and discount value are determined after inspection.
