Return & Refund Policy
At Lustrely Jewels, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a transparent and fair return process.
Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging, accessories, and certificates included.
• Items that show signs of damage, alteration, or excessive wear may not be eligible for return.
Hygiene & Cleaning Fee
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all returned jewelry items (including rings, earrings, and bracelets) are professionally inspected and sanitized before resale.
A $10 cleaning and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returned items.
Shipping Costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus the cleaning fee and any applicable shipping costs.
Certified Moissanite & GRA Certificates
All moissanite center stones over 0.5 CT are individually certified and include a matching GRA certificate and laser-inscribed identification number.
Returned items must include the original certificate to qualify for a full refund (subject to the cleaning fee).
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Future Trade-In Program
Certified Lustrely pieces may be eligible for future trade-in or upgrade programs. Details and eligibility will be announced separately and may vary by product and condition.
